Raising Healthy Voices™

getting your message out

You have a message.

As a human, you have something to say to the world. To raise your own special voice in your own unique way. To communicate the wisdom of your one-of-a-kind life. We’re waiting to hear it.

Voices take many forms. Yours might sing, paint, take photographs or make collages. It might dance, or study until it feels wise, then write books, poetry, song lyrics, plays–there’s just no keeping a healthy voice down.

Everything you need to know for getting your message out is right there, inside you—-right alongside all those things that keep you from taking action. All the words, fears, judgments and suspicions, thoughts that get in your way, slow you down and stop you altogether. Without intending to, you can collapse those things on top of your dreams until you cannot see which is which.

Raising Healthy Voices is about how you separate those things. When you’re clear, so is your voice.

Thank you, Gus Baker III, for this amazing review:

There are many adjectives that could and will be used to describe Dina’s book, “Why Do I Feel This Way?” What Your Feelings Are Trying To Tell You. As I have read this book I describe it as pure therapeutic. However, the transparency used in which she takes you on a journey of dealing with personal crisis is riveting. I started reading and could not put the book down from cover to cover. This is a must read for all; people who are in search of nourishing their mind, body, and soul. The opportunity to think, grow and act consciously, responsibly and authentically. This is a powerful book rather than just reading words, taps into your inner being and causes you to take account of your own fears and seeking to hear from your inner voice. Thanks Dina, for your dedication to service in helping others become more in touch with themselves; to try and figure out life’s trials and tribulations and achieving success in life.
